APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN

WHEREAS, A Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan
was submitted on November 4, 1994, by George Alex which
includes a request for two (2) mini-storage warehouses, and
WHEREAS, Proposed building #1 will include 34 - 10' x 20'
spaces and 8 - 5' x 10' spaces, and
WHEREAS, Proposed building #2 will include 18 - 10' x 20'
spaces, and
WHEREAS, The area surrounding the storage buildings will be
asphalted with proper drainage, and
WHEREAS, The buildings and traffic area will be totally
enclosed with chain-link fencing, and
area by the use of wall pack fixtures with photo-control.
WHEREAS, Area lighting will be provided around building
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned B-4 - General
Business and the proposed use would require a conditional use
grant, and 0
WHEREAS, A detailed site plan and building elevations are
required to be submitted and approved prior to the construction
of any facilities on subject property, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from STH "36".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan by George
Alex.
and Operation Plan dated received November 4, 1994, be kept on
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Conceptual Building, Site
file in the Building Department.
