APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN BY
MSI GENERAL, INC. FOR THE SITE LOCATED ON THE
NE CORNER OF RACINE AVENUE & JANESVILLE RD.

WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 121-94 on June 21,
1994, and
indicates changes to the south and east elevations of the
grocery store and in-fill store area and an increase in the
height of the parapet for the in-fill store area by two (2)
feet, and
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
by nine (9) feet, and
indicates an increase in the store frontage of the in-fill area
indicates Proposed signage for the Sentry store, and
WHEREAS, The revised Building, Site and Operation Plan
promote an orderly and uncluttered appearance for the in-fill
store areas.
WHEREAS, A uniform sign scheme should be established to
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
November 4, 1994, subject to the exterior of the cooling unit
matching the existing split face block exterior with a green
hip roof, the addition of pyramidal plantings along the south
elevation and along the east elevation north and south of the
canopy and the signage must be reduced from 8' to 6'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) November 4, 1994, be kept on
file in the Building Department and that a revised, colored
rendering be filed with the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the landscaping depicted on the
site plan shall be installed as presented and monies equal to
twice its value shall be held in the Letter of Credit until such
time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signage scheme for the
in-fill area shall be individual red letters, internally
illuminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation
Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
