APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND
RESOLUTION #P.C. 217-94
OPERATION PLAN FOR KIDS KAMPUS LOCATED AT
S84 W18473 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved by
the Plan Commission through amended Resolution #P.C. 101-94 on
May 17, 1994, and
WHEREAS, That approval was subject to the approval of a
landscape plan for said site, and
WHEREAS, The overall landscape plan has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
dated (received) November 3, 1994 subject to the light pole
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan (landscape plan)
being a maximum height of 15', the remainder of the landscaping
must be installed by June 1995 and the location of the dumpster
must be in compliance by June 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan (landscape plan) dated received November 3, 1994,
be kept on file in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation
Plan (landscape plan) is approved and perpetual compliance to
said plan is required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
