THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 6
3, 1994, to create a one (1) lot land division located in the
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November
SW 1/4 of Section 6, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on September 6, 1994, approved
a sketch for a one (1) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 173-94, and
requires a minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 250' and said lots appear to meet
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE Country Estate which
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Tans Drive, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc tests for this lot
has not been provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division in the
SW 1/4 of Section 6 by Duane C. Whitehouse and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance.
