FREEDOM SQUARE POND EXPANSION
(PARKLAND MALL)
Pond Water Quality Improvement Project and land acquisition as
WHEREAS, The City plans to proceed with the Freedom Square
shown in the Freedom Square Demonstration Project report as
prepared by R.A. Smith and as shown in a survey prepared by the
City's engineers, and
WHEREAS, This acquisition is an integral part in proceeding
with recommendations outlined in the Freedom Square
Demonstration Project Report, and
proceed with the recommended coarse of action as directed by
the Freedom Square Demonstration Project Report, and
WHEREAS, Certain land acquisition is required in order to
WHEREAS, The Common Council will be entertaining a
Relocation Order at the November 8, 1994, Common Council
meeting in association with this project,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of land necessary to proceed with
the Freedom Square Ponds Expansion (Parkland Mall).
