APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF TWO PARCELS BY
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 21,
NATIONAL SURVEY & ENGINEERING FOR THE DEMOPOULOS PROPERTY
NE 1/4 of Section 13, and
1994, to create a two (2) parcel land division located in the
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-3 Country Estates which
requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 150' and said lots appear to meet
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, Access will be provided from North Cape Road (CTH
00) , and
WHEREAS, The majority of land for this land division is
within the City of Franklin City limits and the portion within
the City of Muskego is a part of Parcel 1 which is located in
the City of Franklin, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 13 of the Demopoulos Property and
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to resolution
of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
