APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A
RESOLUTION #P.C. 211-94
LAND DIVISION OF THE DEMOPOULOS PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 21, 1994, for a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 13, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-3 Country Home which
requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 150' and said lots appear to meet restrictions,
and
WHEREAS, Access will be provided from North Cape Road (CTH
00) , and
WHEREAS, The majority of land for this land division is
within the City of Franklin City limits and the portion within
the City of Muskego is a part of Parcel 1 which is located in
the City of Franklin, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for the Demopoulos
Property subject to the proper road dedication be given.
