PCR1994210APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 210-94 BY TRISON UTILITIES, INC. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S81 W18878 APOLLO DRIVE WHEREAS, Trison Utilities, Inc. is requesting to amend their Building, Site and Operation Plan for the property located at S81 W18878 Apollo Drive, and and WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District, previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to include an additional outside storage area of approximately ??? sq.ft., and WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the storage area with a 7' high fence (6' fence with 1' barbed wire) with brown privacy slats to be in the north, south and east elevations, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to enclose the outside east lot line, 50' off of the north property line and 138.45' WHEREAS, The fence is proposed to be located 6" off of the off the west property line (petitioner owns two (2) lots), and WHEREAS, The proposed storage area is currently paved except of 6,110 sq.ft. which is gravel and the petitioner is proposing to have that area remain gravel, and dump trucks, air-compressors, 5 backhoes, 12 equipment trailers, 4 - 1 ton fitting trucks, 2 lowboy trailers, trenchers, steel road plates and barricades, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to store 4 - 5 yard that any fence over 6 feet in height must receive approval from WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Ordinance for fences states the City Plan Commission and written consent from adjacent property owners(s). The proposed fence is 7 feet in height. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required from the Building Department prior to any construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated received October 21, 1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego and perpetual compliance to said site plan is required.
