DISAPPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING
TWO (2) PARCELS IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 29 OF
THE DALAL PROPERTY
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 21, 1994, for a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-1 which requires a minimum
lot size of 80,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 200',
and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots total 71,786 square feet each
which falls short of the minimum of 80,000 square feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapproves of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 29 for the Dalal
property.
