AMENDED
APPROVAL OF A 14' x 22' SECOND GARAGE BY
BIELINSKI BROTHERS FOR THE ZIEGLER PROPERTY
LOCATED AT W200 S10721 EAST SHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on October 12, 1994, by Bielinski Brothers to construct a 14' X 22'
second garage structure at the residence located at W200 S10721
East Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
setbacks of the RS-2/0LS zoning district and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage
of one vehicles and the Plan Commission has authority to approve
the type and size of second garage structures within 60% of the
ground floor area of the residence, and
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of
this nor any other structure on the property for business related
activities, and
second garage which, when considering the square footage of the
existing structure, exceeds the allowed size and a variance would
be required from the Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 308 sq.ft.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the second garage, not to exceed 308 square feet, for Ziegler
Property subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance for
the size of the building. If a variance is not granted the
building must meet the setbacks as required and a revised site plan
submitted to the Plan Commission for review and approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
