APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE BY SWATEK SALES CORPORATION FOR
THE SS EXPRESS LANE (GAS STATION) LOCATED
AT 575 W17226 JANESVILLE ROAD
RESOLUTION #P.C. 206-94
WHEREAS, The Swatek Sales Corporation is requesting
approval for of signage for the SS Express Lane (Gas Station)
located at S75 W17226 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed signage changes and additions include
added to the facade on the existing canopy and two (2) 36"
the addition of a blue/white and orange/white colors to be
diameter (7 square feet) illuminated 76 logo, and
WHEREAS, The Commission has established a standard that
canopies shall be one color thus the vast majority of canopies
for other gas stations are white in color, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4/0ED with a conditional
use grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the above stated signage which is to be located at the site at
S75 W17226 Janesville Road, all in conformance with Section
17:6.03(3)C. ti 6.09 of the City's Municipal Code subject to the
signs on said facade.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the signage.
