LOCATED AT S87 W18763 WOODS ROAD
SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICE
WHEREAS, The Muskego - Norway School District Office has
requested a permanent non-illuminated raised letter and panel wall
signage located at 587 W18763 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed signs will be installed on the front of
the building, and
f WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 3% 0
the wall area which meets the allowance of the RS-1/OIP Zoning
District (refer to the B-1 Zoning District), and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
Muskego -Norway School District Office located S87 W18763 Woods
permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign and panel sign for the
Road subject to the requirements of the RS-1/OIP Zoning District
(refer to the B-1 Zoning District) which stipulate that the sign
be located and that the signs be in conformance with the submitted
not exceed three percent of the wall area on which the sign is to
sketches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting
the sign.
