PCR1994204AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 204-94 RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO CREATE CHAPTER 17, SECTION 5.09 (ZONING ORDINANCE) ORDINANCE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND AMEND CHAPTER 17, SECTION 6.04(4)(G) (ZONING WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Section 5.04 establishes standards for building size but is silent when considering building construction, and WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Sections 6.04(4)G.3, 4 & 5 establish regulations for the location, use and habitation of trailers, camping trailers and mobile homes, and used to regulate the location, use and habitation of off-site manufactured and modular homes, and WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Sections 6.04(4)G.3,4 & 5 have been WHEREAS, Industry construction standards for off-site manufactured and modular homes have improved to the extend that, with proper certification, such housing meets all requirements of the Chapter 30 Building Code for the City of Muskego and the Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapters ILHR 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 or otherwise known as the Uniform Dwelling Code. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council to create Chapter 17, Section 5.09 (Zoning Ordinance) and amend Chapter 17, Section 6.04(4)G (Zoning Ordinance) of the Municipal Code as follows: Chapter 17, Section 5.09: 5.09 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION construction shall conform to the standards as set forth in (1) One and Two Family Built-on-site Construction: all euch Chapter 30 Building Code for the City of Muskego, Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapters ILHR 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, h 25 otherwise known as the Uniform Dwelling Code.
