APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF OVERLOOK BAY DEVELOPMENT

LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8
WHEREAS, Plans were received on October 7, 1994, to convert
the Overlook Bay Development into a Condominium Plat whereas
under common ownership, and
each building will be under separate ownership while the grounds
WHEREAS, Overlook Bay Apartments were approved by Common
Council on December 11, 1990, and
WHEREAS, The overall density of this development will not be
altered nor will the number of potential additional living units
be increased as controlled by the boundaries established by the
Lake Forest Development's overall Planned Unit Development
concept.
the Condominium Plat of the Overlook Bay Development located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 8 with the understanding that the overall
development of lands associated with the Lake Forest Planned
Unit Development limits the total number of multi-family units
to be ultimately developed within its boundaries subject to
resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by City of
this plat, establishment of developers deposit for this plat, Engineer, payment of all fees and charges as associated with
review and satisfaction by City Attorney of the Deed
Restrictions, payment of all outstanding fees that are due to
the existing Developer's Deposit of the Overlook Bay
Development, submittal of a revised landscape plan for this
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
