PCR1994201AMENDED APPROVAL OF A 36' x 24' SECOND GARAGE FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 201-94 MICHAEL HANRAHAN LOCATED AT W200 S8559 WOODS ROAD WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was a 36' X 24' second garage structure at the residence located at submitted on September 30, 1994 by Michael Hanrahan to construct W200 58559 Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and of lawn equipment, automobile, 16' fishing boat and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and foot second garage. WHEREAS, The petitioner has the latitude to either have a 4'12 or 6'12 roof pitch. WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 864 square THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the second garage, not to exceed 864 square feet, for Michael Hanrahan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall not be used either for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required prior to construction of subject second garage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
