MUSKEG0 POLICE DEPARTMENT TO BE LOCATED
AT THE MSI GENERAL SITE LOCATED ON THE
NW CORNER OF CTH "L" & CTH "Y"
AND PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION
approval for TWO (2) temporary on-site "Crime Stopper" signs
WHEREAS, The Muskego Police Department is requesting
which are non-illuminated painted plywood signs, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be up from October 19,1994 until
October 19, 1995, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be located at the MSI General Site
located on the NW corner of CTH "Y" & CTH "L" in the Plum Creek
Subdivision and both will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks and will be placed outside of the road
right-of-way areas, and
type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year for
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
temporary quasi-public informational signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated temporary quasi public signs to be located
on the NW corner of CTH "L" & CTH "Y" and in Plum Creek
Subdivision and that the signs be placed in conformance with
Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary quasi public
exceed one (1) year as specified in Section 17:6.09 (12) c. &
informational signs signs shall be allowed for a period not to
(13) and that the signs shall be designed and located in
conformance with the submitted application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if determined by the Police
Department that during the one year period the sign is no longer
needed at the above described locations, the signs may be
relocated to other locations in the community where the Police
Department deems most useful and within the regulations of
17:6.09 if the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required for said
signs however no fee is due per Sestion 17:6.09(13).
