WHEREAS, Emerald Park, Inc. is requesting to amend their
Building, Site and Operation Plan located at W124 S10629 124th
Street, and
District, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a A-Agriculture Zoning
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to include
