LOCATED ON THE NE CORNER OF CTH "Y" & CTH "L"

WHEREAS, A Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan
was submitted on September 23, 1994 by Kevin Belling which
includes a three (3) acre parcel and the proposed restaurant
would occupy only one (1) acre with the remaining two (2) acres
left for future development/expansion, and

WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately 3

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve

the Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan for the

and Operation Plan dated received September 23, 1994, be kept
on file in the Building Department.
