APPROVAL OF A 24' x 30' SECOND GARAGE FOR
DAVID GRESL LOCATED AT
W216 510421 CROWBAR ROAD
submitted on September 23, 1994 by David Gresl to construct a
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
24' X 30' second garage structure at the residence located at W216
S10421 Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural
surrounding area, and
of pickup truck, tool's, household items (toys, baby stuff, etc.),
snowmobile and bikes and the Plan Commission has authority to
approve the type and size of second garage structures, and
WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of
this nor any other structure on the property for business related
activities, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 720 square
foot second garage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the second garage, not to exceed 720 square feet, for David
Gresl.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall not
be used either for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
prior to construction of subject second garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be
required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
