PCR1994191APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION P.C.191-94 FOR LAMB'S NURSERY LOCATED AT 567 W14352 GAULKE DRIVE WHEREAS, An amended Building, Site, and Operation plan was the addition of a storage building, and submitted on September 23, 1994 by Lamb's Nursery illustrating WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned B-2 - Local Service Center and is located in the Floodplain of the Tess Corners Creek, and Floodfringe of the Floodplain as long as they are adequately floodproofed (Chapter 14:4.3(3), and WHEREAS, Accessory structures are permitted in the inundated to a depth more than two (2) feet below flood stage WHEREAS, Access to the new 30' x 50' structure may not be upon approval of the Tess Corners Fire Company (Chapter 14:4.3(3)), and WHEREAS, Storage in the Floodfringe must be limited to items that are not buoyant, flammable, explosive, or could be injurious to property, water quality, or human, animal, plant, fish or aquatic life,and the items must be adequately floodproofed (Chapter 14:4.3(6)), and e WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources must also review this proposal. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Lamb's Nursery for the addition of a storage building subject to location of the building in the Floodfringe area, proper floodproofing of building, materials and equipment, proper materials storage, fire department approval of access, Department of Natural Resources approval, issuance of a building permit, and payment of all applicable fees. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received September 23, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department.
