ONE (1) PARCEL IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 OF
THE KOPAC PROPERTY
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 9, 1994, for a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned A-Agriculture which requires
width of 300' and said lot appears not to meet the minimum
a minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average
average width restriction, and
WHEREAS, A favorable perc test has not been received, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Thode Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 for the Kopac property
subject to receipt of a favorable perc test and the increase in
lot width to 300'.
