PCR1994189RESOLUTION #P.C. 189-94 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION OF THE BOHRER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 15, 1994, for alley and add it to Tax Key #2195.066 creating a larger lot and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to vacate the existing joining two (2) existing lots (Tax Key #2195.068 & 2195.069) to create one (1) lot, and WHEREAS, Lot 1 is zoned RS-3/0ED, Suburban Residence/Overlay Existing Development which requires a minimum lot size of 11,250 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 75' and said lot appears to meet restrictions and Lot 2 is zoned RS-3/0LS, Suburban Residence/Overlay Lake Shore which requires a minimum lot size of 10,050 sq.ft. and a minimum average width of 67' and said lot appears to meet restrictions, and WHEREAS, Access is currently provided to Lot 1 on Lincoln Drive and access would be provided to Lot 2 from Lincoln Drive, and WHEREAS, Sewer is available to this property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a Engineering for the Bohrer Property. land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 by Metropolitan Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 10-04-94 Defeated Deferred 09-27-94
