SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9
lots 16 & 17 and Lots 18 & '19 of Kingston's on Muskego
Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate the alley between
WHEREAS, The purpose of this vacation is to combine Lots 16
& 17 and 18 & 19, and
WHEREAS, With the combining of these Lots there no longer
exist any valid public interest to require the provision of an
alley at this location.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
vacated to be included as part of the property to the south (Tax
approval to the Common Council that the existing alley be
