APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE (3) PARCELS
BY JAHNKE & JAHNKE FOR THE LAWRENCE SCHMIDT PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
(HILLENDALE DRIVE)
12, 1994, by Jahnke & Jahnke to create a three (3) parcel land
division located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on June 7, 1994, approved a
sketch for a land division through Resolution #P.C. 122-94, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence which
requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet restrictions,
and
WHEREAS, The property will be serviced by City Sewer, and
WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from the Hillendale
Drive and the proposed Fireside Lane.
a the Certified Survey Map of a three (3) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 18 by Jahnke h Jahnke of the Lawrence
Schmidt Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
on Lot 2 to the northern most 50' on Hillendale Drive and no
closer 50' west from the intersection of Hillendale Drive and
Fireside Lane. The driveway for Lot 2 must be relocated to
Fireside Drive at least 50' east of said intersection when Lot
3 is subdivided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That vehicular access is restricted
