SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
MICHUR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
(MYSTIC DRIVE)
6, 1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a two (2) parcel
land division located in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 2, 1994, approved a
sketch for a land division through Resolution #P.C. 153-94, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence
which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a
minimum average width of 110' and said lots appear to meet
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from the Mystic Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map of a two (2) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering of the
Michur Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
