NE 1/4 OF SECTION 12
(SKYLARK LANE)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September
6, 1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a three (3)
parcel & one (1) outlot land division located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on July 5, 1994, approved a
sketch for a land division through Resolution #P.C. 127-94, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence which
requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet restrictions,
and
WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from the Skylark Lane.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map of a three (3) parcel & one (1) Outlot
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 by Metropolitan
Engineering of the Agenten Property and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to the resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment
of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
