APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
BY ROOFING CONSULTANTS LTD. FOR WIZA INDUSTRIES
LOCATED AT S82 W19792 GEMINI DRIVE
Building, Site and Operation Plan located at S82 W19792 Gemini
WHEREAS, Wiza Industries is requesting to amend their
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to
and
include an addition having a footprint totaling 16,764 sq. ft.,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
from the Building Department prior to any construction.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated received
September 1, 1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego
and perpetual compliance to said site plan is required.
