APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT ONE SIDED SIGN BY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 179-94
LANDMARK STUDIO FOR KIDS KAMPUS LOCATED AT
S84 W18473 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Landmark Studio has requested one permanent one sided
Enterprise Drive, and
freestanding sign 7' x 5' for Kids Kampus located at S84 W18473
side of the property facing Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be installed on the north east
sq. ft. which meets the allowance of the 1-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign as presented by petitioner totals 35
WHEREAS, A landscape plan has not been submitted for this site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
permanent non-illuminated single sided sign 7' x 5' by Landmark
Studio for Landmark Studio located at S84 W18473 Enterprise Drive
subject to the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District subject to
the submitting for approval by the Plan Commission of a detailed
well as the sign base.

0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior installation
of the sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the landscape plan is required
