PCR1994178APPROVAL OF A 12' x 24' SECOND GARAGE FOR ROBERT SCHROEDER LOCATED AT W200 S8381 WOODS ROAD RESOLUTION #P.C. 178-94 submitted on August 26, 1994 by Robert Schroeder to construct a S8381 Woods Road, and 12' X 24' second garage structure at the residence located at W200 WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage of boat and trailer, lawn tractor and mower, grill, shovels, rakes, bicycles and snow blower and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 288 square foot second garage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the second garage, not to exceed 288 square feet, for Robert Schroeder. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall not be used either for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required prior to construction of subject second garage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
