PCR19941760 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY OLSON LEWIS ARCHITECTS FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER LOCATED AT ON THE NE CORNER OF WOODS ROAD & RACINE AVENUE RESOLUTION #P.C. 176-94 WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #E33 which granted a rezoning for subject lands from RS-3 Single Family to RSM/OIP Multi-Family/Institutional Zoning District specifically for an elderly housing development, and WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan and Conditional Use Grant was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 106-94A on July 5, 1994, and amended Building, Site and Operation plan to include the plan WHEREAS, The Olson Lewis Architects have submitted an for the community center and a landscape plan for the property located on the NE corner of Woods Road & Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, The community center will be 2,000 sq. ft. and will have a kitchen, laundry room, mail room, office, restroom facilities, indoor storage area and the main room, and 0 WHEREAS, Three sides of the community center will have porches with access from the center to the porches, and WHEREAS, The overall landscape plan has been reworked to reflect site plan modifications due to revised building placements per City Fire Code requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve August 19, 1994 subject to the a Landscape bond in an amount the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) twice the value of landscaping required to be submitted to City Planning Department if landscaping not installed prior to occupancy of units. Operation Plan dated received August 19, 1994 be kept on file in the Building Department.
