PCR19941750 AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE (3) PARCELS & ONE (1) OUTLOT BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE ADRIAN SCHMIDT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5 (ADRIAN DRIVE) RESOLUTION #P.C. 175-94 WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 18, one (1) outlot land division located in the SW 1/4 of Section 5, 1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a three (3) parcel & and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on June 21, 1994, approved a sketch for a land division through Resolution #P.C. 130-94, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence which requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet restrictions, and WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from the extension of Adrian Drive coming south from Lakeview Highlands North. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map of a three (3) parcel & one (1) outlot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 by Metropolitan Engineering of the Adrian Schmidt Property and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. I I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following conditions shall also apply to this approval: 1. Approval of grading, drainage and utility plans by City Public Utilities and Works Committees. corresponding Letter of Credit. 2.
