PCR1994174APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR FOUR LOTS BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE GREEN CLOVER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 & RESOLUTION #P.C. 174-94 THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 (LIONS PARK DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 16, division located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 & the SE 1/4 of 1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a four (4) lot land Section 8, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 2, 1994, approved a sketch for a four (4) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. 155-94, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110' and said lots appear to meet restrictions, and Park Drive and Lot 4 will have access from Lions Park Drive WHEREAS, Lots 1, 2 & 3 will have access provided from L frontage along Racine Avenue, and ,ions and ive a Land Use Plan for the City. WHEREAS, This proposal is in compliance with Comprehens the Certified Survey Map of a four (4) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 & the SE 1/4 of Section 8 by Metropolitan and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to the Engineering of the Green Clover Limited Partnership Property resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 09-06-94 Defeated Deferred 08-30-94
