GERALD CASEY FOR THE JANE FREI PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 11,
SW 1/4 of Section 11, and
1994, to create a two (2) parcel land division located in the
which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence

restrictions, and
WHEREAS, Access will be provided from Mystic Drive, and
WHEREAS, Sewer will be provided from the installation of
the sewer for the Foxboro North Subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
the SW 1/4 of Section 11 of the Frei Property and recommend
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
