WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on August 11, 1994, for a

WHEREAS, Access will be provided from Mystic Drive, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 for the Jane Frei
Property.
