APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
MARK TOJEK LOCATED IN THE NW & SW 1/4 OF
SECTION 16, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted by Mark Tojek in the NW & SW 114 of
Section 16, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division by Mark Tojek located in the NW & SW 1/4 of Section
16, in the Town of Norway.
