PCR1994168AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-94 APPROVAL OF PERMANENT/TEMPORARY TWO SIDED SIGN FOR MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE LOCATED AT SlOO W14020 LOOMIS ROAD (S.T.H. 36) WHEREAS, The Muskego Lakes Country Club Golf Course is requesting approval for a permanent double sided free standing sign which is a non-illuminated cedar 32 sq. ft. in size thus meeting the restrictions of the B-4 Highway Business district, and (S.T.H. 36) is 60' and the proposed sign is depicted to be WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Loomis Road installed 33' from the end of the pavement surface, within the road right-of-way of Loomis Road (S.T.H. 36), and WHEREAS, At the time that the boulevard entrance is installed and useable the petitioner proposes to resubmit to the Plan Commission to move this sign to a new location within the boulevard entrance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the permanent/temporary non-illuminated double sided free standing sign 32 sq. ft. to be located at SlOO W14020 Loomis Road (S.T.H 36) as the sign is proposed to be placed in the right-of-way of Loomis Road (S.T.H. 36) (in conflict with Section 17:6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance) unless the following can be satisfied: 0 Transportation for the placement of a sign in the 1. Approval/permit from the Wisconsin Department of right-of-way of Loomis Road (S.T.H. 36). allow the placement of a sign in the right-of-way of 2. Approval by the Muskego Zoning Board of Appeals to Loomis Road (S.T.H. 36). 3. Permit from the City of Muskego Building department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this sign approval must be reviewed in March 1995 with the understanding it may be required to be removed.
