APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT RAISED LETTER SIGN
S82 W19246 APOLLO DRIVE
FOR KINART ENTERPRISES LOCATED AT
WHEREAS, Kinart Enterprises has requested a permanent
non-illuminated raised letter wall sign located at S82 W19246
Apollo Drive, and
and the proposed sign will be installed on the front of the
building in the same location as previous smaller sign, and
WHEREAS, The existing signage (prior tenant) will be removed
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 5%
of the wall area which meets the allowance of the 1-1 Zoning
District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District), and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign for Kinart
Enterprises located 582 W19246 Apollo Drive subject to the
requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District (refer to the B-2 Zoning
District) which stipulate that the sign not exceed five percent of
the wall area on which the sign is to be located and that the
signs be in conformance with the submitted sketches.
