AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
BY M.W. MARINE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S63 W13951 COLLEGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, M.W. Marine is requesting to amend their Building,
Site and Operation Plan for the property located at S63 W13951
College Avenue, and
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on September 16,
Operation Plan subject to the fire lanes being asphalted and on
1990, through Resolution #P.C. 166-90, the Building Site and
October 16, 1990, through Resolution #P.C. 179-90, a flat wall
sign and landscaping, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to
include an additional outside storage area of approximately
56,760 sq.ft., and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to enclose the outside
storage area with a 7' high fence (6' fence with 1' barbed wire)
with privacy slats to be in the north and east elevations, and
WHEREAS, The fence is proposed to be located 10' off of the
east lot line as the existing fence is from the west lot line,
and
that any fence over 6 feet in height must receive approval from
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Ordinance for fences states
the City Plan Commission and written consent from adjacent
property owners(s). The proposed fence is 7 feet in height.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan subject to a wood
reviewed and approved by the Plan Director.
