WHEREAS, Industrial Products Corp. is requesting to amend
their Building, Site and Operation Plan located at Sa0 W18760-6
Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on May 2, 1978,
through Resolution #P.C. 56-78, a Building, Site and Operation
Plan and approved on October 17, 1989, through Resolution #P.C.
202-89, a 100' x 198.67' building attached to the existing
building, and
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to include
an addition having a footprint totaling 36,720 square feet, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
from the Building Department prior to any construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bond in the City's favor and
equal to twice the value of the landscaping to be installed
shall be required to be submitted to the Planning Department if
occupancy of the addition is requested prior to landscaping
installation.
