PCR19941620 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 162-94 APPROVAL OF ONE TEMPORARY SIGN BY WAUWATOSA REALTY FOR BAY BREEZE CONDOMINIUMS TO BE LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 17600 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Wauwatosa Realty is requesting approval for one year for one on-site sign which is a non-illuminated wood with vinyl lettering sign painted plywood 8'x 4' in size and is to be used for advertising of the Bay Breeze Condominiums, and WHEREAS, The sign is to be installed in conformance with the signage setbacks and will be placed outside of the Janesville Road Right-of-way area, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year or until 75% of development has occurred, whichever comes first. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one non-illuminated 8' X 4' temporary sign to be located at approximately 17600 Janesville Road and that the sign be placed in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the on-site sign shall be allowed for a period not to exceed six (6) months with a possible renewal from the Plan Commission at that time and that the sign shall be designed and located in conformance with the submitted application. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the sign.
