PCR1994161AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 161-94 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION FOR ONE LOT FOR FIRSTAR BANK LOCATED (SE CORNER OF JANESVILLE ROAD & LANNON DRIVE) IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 WHEREAS, A Certified Survey was submitted showing the correct road dedication as required by the approval of the Building, Site and Operation for this site, and additional lands necessary to the City and County for road dedication, and WHEREAS, This is an existing lot that has dedicated the WHEREAS, The size of the lot will be 1.5820 acres, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned B-2 Zoning District and said lot appears to meet the requirements of district, and and the future home a newly constructed Firstar Bank, and WHEREAS, The lot is the existing site of the Firstar Bank WHEREAS, Access is available from Lannon Drive, and WHEREAS, The sketch was approved through the amended 0 Building, Site an Operation Plan. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the Certified Survey Map being submitted depicting additional right-of-way dedication along Janesville Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 for the Firstar Bank site subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer and payment of all applicable fees as identified in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
