PCR1994157AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO PARCELS RESOLUTION #P.C. 157-94 IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 & NW 1/4 SECTION 16 BY JAHNKE & JAHNKE FOR ROBERT WIZA LOCATED (MERCURY, APOLLO & GEMINI DRIVE) 1994, for the creation of a two (2) lot land division which proposes to create Lot 1 of 10.101 acres and Lot 2 of 2.378 acres, and WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map was submitted on July 18, size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum lot from Gemini Drive and frontage along Apollo Drive and Lot 2 has WHEREAS, Lot 1 currently has utilities and access available utilities and access from Mercury Drive and Apollo Drive. WHEREAS, Portions of Lot 1 are designated as wetlands by both DNR and SEWRPC inventories therefore requiring delineation by the Army Corps of Engineers. the Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division in the NE THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve 1/4 of Section 17 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 by Jahnke & Jahnke for Robert Wiza subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer and that the wetlands be delineated and placed on the face of the Certified Survey Map.
