PCR1994156APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING TWO (2) PARCELS BY JAHNKE & JAHNKE FOR ROBERT WIZA LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 & NW 1/4 SECTION 16 (MERCURY, APOLLO & GEMINI DRIVE) WHEREAS, The sketch is a two (2) lot land division which RESOLUTION #P.C. 156-94 proposes to create Lot 1 of 10.101 acres and Lot 2 of 2.378 acres, and size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum lot WHEREAS, Lot 1 currently has utilities and access available from Gemini Drive and frontage along Apollo Drive and Lot 2 has utilities and access from Mercury Drive and Apollo Drive, and WHEREAS, Portions of Lot 1 are designated as wetlands by both DNR and SEWRPC inventories therefore requiring delineation by the Army Corps of Engineers. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 & NW 1/4 of Section 16 by Jahnke & Jahnke for Robert Wiza.
