APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A
FOUR LOT LAND DIVISION LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 &
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING -
(CTH "Y" & LIONS PARK DRIVE)
THE BARRETT PROPERTIES
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the SE 1/4 of Section 8,
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on July 15, 1994, for a land
and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence which
requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 110' and said lots appear to meet restrictions,
and
WHEREAS, Lots 1, 2 & 3 will have access provided from Lions
Park Drive and Lot 4 will have access from Lions Park Drive and
frontage along Racine Avenue, and
Land Use Plan for the City.
WHEREAS, This proposal is in compliance with Comprehensive
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the SE 1/4 of
Section 8 by Metropolitan Engineering for the Barrett
Properties.
