OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW A MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT AT
WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning
Department by Edward & Carol Bomback for a single family
which requires a Conditional Use Permit within the RS-2 Zoning
residence and a mother-in-law unit at S63 W18537 Martin Drive
District, and
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
property have been notified of the public hearing, and
Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with

City of Muskego approve the request of Edward & Carol Bomback
W18537 Martin Drive and that the approval be subject to the
