PCR1994151RESOLUTION #P.C. 151-94 RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, A PORTION OF TAX KEY #2227.989 (43,996 SQ.FT.), WOODS ROAD, FROM A-AGRICULTURE TO RS-2 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE (SINGLE FAMILY) ZONING DISTRICT BY DENNIS & MARY MOODY WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Moody to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego 2227.989) from A-Aqriculture to RS-2 Suburban Residence to for property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 (Tax Key # allow the development of one lot of 43,996, and Map through Resolution #P.C. 115-94 on June 7, 1994 subject to the rezoning of the proposed lot, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Certified Survey is surrounded by low density residential development to the north and east and is bordered on the south and west by the Agriculture Land, and WHEREAS, The parcel is on the west side of Woods Road and WHEREAS, The proposed rezoning will allow the creation of Agriculture with 25.867 acres, and one (1) parcel of 43,996 sq.ft. with Parcel 2 remaining zoned WHEREAS, The petitioners granted a ninety (90) day extension Council. on the approval of the Certified Survey Map by the Common THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed for the proposed Parcel from A-Agriculture to RS-2 to allow the development of one (1) A-Agriculture and that upon approval of the rezoning by the Parcel of 43,996 sq.ft. and Parcel 2 (25.867 acres) will remain Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
