PCR1994150RESOLUTION #P.C. 150-94 APPROVAL OF REPLAT OF KIMBERLY ESTATES BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (HILLENDALE DRIVE) #P.C. 171-93 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Council through Resolution #215-93, and WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution #P.C. 11-94 and the Final Plat was approved by the Common Council through Resolution #125-94, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat was approved through Resolution Plat approved in Resolution # 125-94, and WHEREAS, The Replat substantially conforms to the Final Replat of Kimberly Estates rather than an Affidavit of Correction, and WHERES, The Department of Agriculture is requesting the WHEREAS, The notable change is due to a correction of a bearing location thus this did not cause any lot line changes, however it did cause the subdivision to be rotated a few degrees. City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or Dedication Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
