#P.C. 76-94 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
Council through Resolution #127-94, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 127-94, and
WHEREAS, The City approved the sewer REC's, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin
fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City
Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection,
Dedication Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all
approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
