RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE
NORTHERN ROUTE FOR THE REALIGNMENT OF STH 36
WHEREAS, The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has
proposed to widen State Highway 36 through the City of Muskego,
and
spacing of median crossings approximately every 2,000 feet
WHEREAS, The proposed improvements to STH 36 include the
coincident with existing street intersections as well as two
proposed intersections, and
reconfiguration of the intersection of STH 36 & Muskego Dam
Drive and STH 36 & Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed improvements to STH 36 also include
WHEREAS, The Department of Transportation is considering
three alternative routes for the alignment of STH 36 as it
approaches the Durham Hill area, and
alignment of STH 36 follow the northern alignment a
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan recommends that
southern boundary of the WEPCO Right-of-way.

recommends to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation the
northern route of STH 36.
