(DURHAM DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on July 8, 1994, for a Land
Mielke, for the City of Muskego, and
Division for one lot in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 by Ruekert and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot of
7.7736 acres (338,619 sq.ft.), and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned SW-Shoreland Wetland Zoning
District and said lot appears to meet the requirements of
district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed Lot 1 is proposed to be a public
access site for Big Muskego Lake and Bass Bay (including a boat
launch and parking), and
WHEREAS, Access is available from Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, This property is an existing lot, however State
Statue requires that a meets and bounds description be
corrected and be done by a Certified Survey Map or Subdivision . - 0 Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 for the City of
Muskego.
